Delivery
Free standard delivery on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and dispatched by our fulfilment partner in China. Standard delivery to the UK and EU takes 10-20 business days in total. Customers in Ireland can upgrade to express delivery for EUR 9.00 (7-12 business days). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns and support
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. If your trainer arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email a photo to setwise4@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund you in full, usually without asking you to post anything back. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law.
