Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and, once we receive and inspect the returned item, process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Items damaged in transit or received defective are eligible for a full refund or free replacement — just contact us with photos of the item within 48 hours of delivery
