Cancelling your order (14-day right of withdrawal)

If you are ordering from the EU or the UK, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Changed your mind

We also accept returns within 14 days of delivery if you simply change your mind, as long as the item is unused, complete and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at setwise4@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as we cannot process returns that arrive unannounced.

Return shipping costs

You cover the cost of returning an item unless it arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. Because returns go back to our fulfilment partner, return postage can be expensive, so contact us first and we will tell you the cheapest option. In some cases we will refund or replace the item without asking you to return it.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a full refund or a free replacement at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights: under EU and UK law you have up to two years to report a fault that was present when the item was delivered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Refunds include the standard delivery charge you paid, but not the additional cost of upgrading to express delivery.

Items we cannot refund in full

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may be refused or refunded in part.

Orders that have not arrived

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the order date, email us at setwise4@gmail.com and we will track it, resend it or refund you in full.
