Where we ship

We ship to Ireland, the United Kingdom and the other European countries listed at checkout. Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partner in China.

Shipping costs

Standard delivery is free on every order, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum spend.

  • Ireland, United Kingdom and EU: standard delivery - free
  • Ireland only: optional express delivery - EUR 9.00

Our prices are set in euro. If you are shopping in another currency, the exact amount is shown at checkout. Express delivery is only available within Ireland.

How long delivery takes

All estimates include 1-3 business days of order processing and run from the day you place your order.

  • United Kingdom and EU (excluding Ireland): standard delivery, 10-20 business days
  • Ireland: standard delivery 10-20 business days, or express delivery 7-12 business days

Because parcels are sent from China, delivery takes longer than a local courier. Customs clearance, local postal delays and peak periods such as Christmas and Chinese New Year can add time.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 3-5 business days to begin updating.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped from outside the UK and may be subject to import VAT or duty. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer. The same applies to any destination where local charges are not collected at checkout.

If your order is late or missing

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the order date, email us at setwise4@gmail.com and we will resend it or refund you in full.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay. If the address is wrong, contact us within 24 hours and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot change the address.
